On September 29th, the Hamburg racecourse will be transformed into the Mecca of the German cyclocross elite. At the Stevens Cyclocross Cup, which is also the opening race of the Germany Cup, it will not only be the elite riders who will step in. As every year, the organizers once again invite enthusiastic everyone to the Hanseatic city.

The compact course offers spectators excellent views of the athletes. From the finish straight, fans can see approximately 80 percent of the track. The 2,5-kilometer circuit is characterized by numerous curves, short climbs, and small hills. Multiple German champion and two-time senior world champion Jens Schwedler is responsible for the course design: "The start is the most important part of the race; it's crucial to get to the front before the narrow sections. From the front, you can ride at your own pace and avoid crashes in the peloton. Further back, you're constantly having to dodge other riders."
