Zipp's "Super-9 Carbon Clincher" wheelset is widely known as the fastest wheelset in the world – so it takes something truly special to make it even more appealing. Zipp is therefore releasing a limited edition of the " Super 9 Carbon Clincher" with a unique design. The main focus, however, isn't on the design itself, but rather on the printing process used on the wheel. The Impress process is what makes this high-end carbon wheel so exceptional. This technology allows for direct printing on the surfaces, enabling a wide variety of creative designs. The graphics are said to be particularly lightweight and durable. Sebastian Kienle, who recently defended his middle-distance world championship title at the Ironman 70.3 in Las Vegas, also uses wheels printed in this way.
The limited edition of the “Super-9 Carbon Clincher” will be available from November 1st at the latest and will cost just under 2500 euros.
