On November 1, 2013, Fox Factory Inc. USA took over its German distribution partner Toxoholics and continues to provide service and sales with the newly founded Fox Factory GmbH. The whole thing is continued from the same location in Rodalben and with the same team of Matthias Bauer.

"The strong growth, the increase in customers in recent years and the strategic importance of the German market in Europe have persuaded us to take this important step" explains Christoph Ritzler, Managing Director European Operations – Fox.

Under Matthias Bauer as General Manager, the takeover will enable the very experienced Toxoholics team to expand services, warehousing, technical training, commercial support and event support.

The racing service for Fox in Europe will also be integrated into the new Fox Factory GmbH structure and location with two people. The joint expansion of the service structure will be one of the most important tasks. “Matthias Bauer and his team have done a lot for the development and success of Fox in Germany over the past 13 years, for which we are very grateful. We will tackle the next big steps together and with the strong support of Fox Factory Inc. USA. The trade and our customers in Germany are very important to us, with this expansion and strengthening of FOX activities we want to strengthen trust in the long term.", emphasizes Christoph Ritzler, Managing Director European Operations – FOX.

This important change does not mean any major adjustments for retailers. The team, contact persons and addresses remain the same. Fox Factory GmbH is looking forward to working closely with the German dealers!
