As Sram announced yesterday, together with the American Product Safety Commission, it was determined that the Sram NET 10-speed rear derailleurs with a medium cage have safety issues. There's a chance the parallelogram could jam and become impossible to move. This affects derailleurs with serial numbers between 31T2000000 and 11T3.9999999. Sram recommends that you discontinue use immediately and take the affected product to your nearest authorized dealer, where it will be replaced free of charge.
