So there is the possibility that the circuit parallelogram is stuck and can no longer be moved. The rear derailleurs with the serial numbers between 31T2000000 and 11T39999999 are affected. Sram recommends stopping use immediately and taking the affected product to the nearest retailer where it can be replaced free of charge.
