Bosch eBike Systems will be the main sponsor at the Sparkassen Mountainbike Festival from March 28th to 30th, 2014 in the Schleyer-Halle Stuttgart. At the first festival of this kind, a professional eBike race will be held for the first time. In addition, there is a comprehensive supporting program in which a dirt jump contest is also held. The event kicks off the Freeride Mountain Bike (FMB) World Tour, the most important date of the year for all freeride mountain bikers.
During the festival there is an opportunity to extensively test the increasingly popular eMountain bikes. “The sporty use of eBikes continues to increase. eMountain bikes will play an increasingly important role, especially for mountain bikers, for whom the focus is on sport and riding technique. Anyone who has tried it knows what I'm talking about.", says Claus Fleischer, head of the Bosch eBike Systems product division.
