With a length of 257 kilometers and a total of 28 cobblestone passages, the 112th edition of the classic Paris-Roubaix is one of the spring highlights again this year. But this time not only specialists like last year's winner Fabian Cancellara (Trek Factory Racing), Tom Boonen (Omega Pharma-QuickStep), Sep Vanmarcke (Belkin) or Zdenek Stybar will be looking forward to the hell of the north.
Some of the Tour de France favorites will also be tackling the race. The reason for this is the fifth stage of the Tour of France, which will take the peloton from Ypres to Arenberg Porte du Hainaut. On this, a total of 9 pavés with a total length of 15,4 kilometers have to be mastered, which are also part of the Paris-Roubaix program.
