Product news: Sram: New hydraulic road bike brakes from mid-April

March 6, 2014 by the editorial office

sram

Sram's President Stan Day gave another video update today regarding troubleshooting on the first series of hydraulic road bike brakes. Accordingly, the problem, which only seemed to occur at sub-zero temperatures, was due to a production error.

In November last year, Sram had 19.000 series brakes Red and series recalled. In the new series, a little more attention was paid to the tolerance in the manufacture of the individual brake parts. According to Sram, the new series models will be available from mid-April.
