Tony Martin (Omega-Pharma-QuickStep) won the final time trial of the Tour of the Basque Country, earning his second stage win in just a few days. After 25,9 kilometers, the reigning time trial world champion was seven seconds ahead of Alberto Contador (Tinkoff-Saxo), who thus secured overall victory. Martin's teammate Michal Kwiatkowski finished third.
