Spectrum: Goal defense

18 April 2014 by the editorial office

knyss

With our last year's winner Daniel at the front, we'll start next Easter Monday at the Skoda Velodom in Cologne. The goal is clearly to defend the title. At the same time, we as a team want to get off to a good start in the year of competitions at the start of the German Cycling Cup, in which the German Championships are being held for the third time.

We have prepared conscientiously for the season and will use the race in Cologne to determine where we stand. As the Merkur Cycling Team, we naturally hope for a good start in the German Cycling Cup. We're in good spirits and will give Daniel the best possible support in his home race.

The look at the national women's competition also promises to be exciting. After the farewell of our serial winner Beate, the crown will be reassigned after three years. Our newcomer Christine Göldner, third overall in the series last year, wants to have a say here.

Let's hope that works. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
