Lifestyle: The 9th Düsseldorf Bicycle Day will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at the Lower Rhine Embankment. After eight successful editions, most recently with 60 exhibitors and over 10.000 visitors, radaktiv has become one of the most important cycling events on the Rhine.
radaktiv offers interested parties from the region a comprehensive overview of the latest news and trends, including the e-bike and the brand new cargo bike.
Highlights of the supporting program are two innovations: the first Düsseldorf Cargo Bike Meeting and the first Düsseldorf Bicycle Music Festival - with electricity generated by e-bikes.

More retailers, manufacturers, and tourism providers than ever before have registered for Düsseldorf's Bike Day. "With over 60 registrations, we have more commitments than ever before ," says organizer Hauke Schmidt, delighted with the response. "This is also a wonderful confirmation of our work over the past few years."
Between 11 a.m. and 18 p.m. everything that is possible on two wheels can be seen again this year at Radaktiv: From professional racing machines to special mountain bikes to single speeds, e-bikes and pedelecs, the range covers the entire two-wheeler market away. From recumbent bikes and tandems to children's and transport bikes to high-quality touring bikes, all current bike types are represented. Numerous activities and information stands complete the offer. In addition, there are of course also numerous offers and information on clothing, safety and a wide range of accessories.
