Eurobike: The second day of the fair is over and it was another day full of innovations. The B halls of the Eurobike offer a wide variety of different components and genres.
Hall B1
Cube-B1 200
Cube shows its full potential again this year. The Waldershofer stand offers only the best for ambitious racing cyclists, aggressive enduro riders, but also for the little ones among us.
The new Stereo enduro models are undoubtedly a highlight . The Stereo 140 Super HPC Race 27.5 impresses with a beautiful carbon frame and a component package that leaves nothing to be desired. Also on display will be Nico Lau's enduro bike, the one that helped him secure victory in the Enduro World Series at Tweedlove in Scotland.
Santa Cruz-B1 307
The Californians from Santa Cruz celebrated an impressive and extremely exciting World Cup season together with Josh Bryceland. The young Briton secured the overall World Cup victory in downhill last weekend, and so his V10 prototype was a must-have.
Alongside the V10 powerhouse, Santa Cruz's enduro and trail models shine. Next to the Nomad are the Bronson C and models from its subsidiary Juliana, which focuses on women-specific trail bikes.
Continental—B1 100
The smell of fresh rubber dominates the air in Hall B1. Continental is ready with a large stand and will be presenting some exciting prototypes in addition to new and revised models.
The new Baron 2.4 project is being unveiled, intended to become the new secret weapon for enduro riding and currently undergoing extensive testing by team riders such as Dan Atherton and Martin Maes. They are also showcasing a tire developed in collaboration with slopestyle stars, which, judging by its tread pattern, could also be perfectly suited for cross-country use.
Marzocchi-B1 302
The big M of the Italians illuminates the novelties of the coming season. Marzocchi is launching a new fork and damper for demanding enduro use.
So far, the spring elements have only been seen on team riders and are particularly noticeable due to the special coating of the immersion tubes, which is supposed to bring the best gliding properties. Also new is an XC suspension fork weighing almost 1,5 kilograms, whose crown and steerer tube are made of a carbon unit.
Hall B2
Cratoni-B2 102
Cratoni has an impressive range of helmets for every area of cycling. In addition to well thought-out helmets for urban use, innovations for MTB and racing bikes are also on display.
For the off-road event, the new All Track is being shown for the first time , which is offered in many different colors and impresses with special features such as a multifunctional camera fixation with safety release, a height-adjustable visor with step locking mechanism and extra storage space for motocross goggles.
DVO Suspension – B2 404
The makers of DVO Suspension, even if it is still a very young brand, are no strangers. Former Marzocchi engineers quickly set out on a journey to develop their own spring elements and have been causing a stir ever since. The products not only catch the eye with their bright colors, their features and implementation also set standards.
Besides the enduro bike of Cedric Gracia, who represents DVO as a team rider and is significantly involved in the development of the products, the new Diamond suspension fork is being shown for the first time.
Look—B2 301
The French brand Look has been successfully represented on track and road for many years. In addition to the updated bikes for the coming year, the Look 795 is being unveiled for the first time.
Look 795 : Three numbers that represent a new stage of evolution. The bike combines integration with a good degree of innovation. Furthermore, the French manufacturer offers some additional visual treats.
Muller—B2 406
Muller is a small fish in the sea. The small frame manufacturer from Japan focuses on bike production based on steel and titanium frames.
The products are made by hand with a lot of love and are a real eye-catcher. In addition to two frames, wheelsets from our own production are also on display.
Hall B3
Giant / Liv - B3 300
As one of the leading manufacturers in the high-end segment, Giant is showcasing a variety of new products. In addition to the new enduro models, the new Defy Advanced SL was also presented, which will be hitting the road next year alongside Marcel Kittel.
Liv also has some novelties to offer. The successful XC duo Jolanda Neff and Pauline Ferrand-Prevot presented the new bikes for the 2015 season together with Marianne Vos. There are specific bikes for women for both on-road and off-road.
BMC-B3 401
BMC also has a lot to offer at its stand. For example, the Swiss company is presenting its new CX01 cyclocross bike as well as a concept bike from its in-house Impec Advanced R&D Lab . Also on display at the stand is the mountain bike of Swiss World Cup rider Lukas Flückiger.
Orbea – B3 204
Orbea is focusing its efforts on road bikes for the coming year. The Orca has been completely redesigned, transforming the aero-inspired racer into a comfortable yet stiff performance specialist. The geometry and frame shape of the Orca have been completely revised.
The Rallon , which has been competing in enduro racing for the first time this year, has only been updated in terms of equipment and is presented in a bright neon yellow.
