Market: Sweet Protection is presenting the new summer collection for the coming year before summer 2014 even ends. The Norwegians are still pursuing the goal of setting new standards for highly functional products that are based on the complex factors of mountain biking.

This collection has been brought to life through innovation and technology, using only the finest materials and most advanced manufacturing techniques. However, superior functionality and performance alone are not enough for us. Besides the Bushwacker enduro helmet and new jerseys, there's also a new pair of shorts for rainy conditions from the far north. We've compiled some highlights of the new collection for you here:
Wheel Jersey Gasolina Shorts – For Ladies only
With the Wheel jersey and the Gasolina shorts For the first time, Sweet Protection launches a product line just for women. This scores with feminine cuts and colors, but deliberately avoids an exaggerated girlie attitude. The Wheel jersey comes in a slim fit with ¾ sleeves and a hidden zipper on the front. The technical, polygene-treated textile quickly wicks away moisture, dries quickly, is anti-allergic and prevents odors.
Sweet Protection presents the Gasolina Shorts, a women's-specific, minimalist shorts designed for flowing trails and flattering curves. The comfortable cut and adjustable waist are held together by a rear-facing Hypalon Velcro closure. The Norwegian brand uses a soft yet durable, water-repellent stretch fabric, with laser perforations in the groin area for enhanced breathability and a smooth, comfortable feel.
Mudride Shorts - The first of a new generation
The new Mud ride shorts are the answer to wet and greasy conditions. They are waterproof where you need them most, fully welded and reinforced with 3-layer membranes in strategic areas.
