Lifestyle: Extreme cyclist Mike Cotty completed his biggest challenge to date on August 4th: a 1.000 Kilometer-long non-stop ride across the Dolomites, the Eastern and Swiss Alps.
In doing so, Cotty crossed a total of 21 passes before reaching the finish in Chamonix. 50 hours of driving time and 21.250 meters of altitude difference were recorded. The passes: Passo San Boldo, Forcella Franche, Passo Duran, Forcella Staulanza, Passo di Falzarego, Passo di Giau, Passo di Pordoi, Passo di Costalunga, Passo dello Stelvio, Passo di Gavia, Passo dell'Aprica, Bernina Pass, Maloja Pass , Splügen Pass, San Bernardino Pass, Lukmanier Pass, Oberalp Pass, Gottard Pass, Nufenen Pass, Col de la Forclaz, Col des Montets.
