With its new model, Vision Metron 40, FSA is launching a new high-quality and stable wheel that is specially designed for cyclocross courses, cobblestone streets and spring classics. Thanks to the very good braking properties required for classics, these wheels always give you the feeling of having complete control of the bike, even in adverse weather conditions.

The special feature of this new model from FSA is the slightly wider rim compared to the previous models. In addition to better propulsion as an additional positive feature, the wider rim reduces susceptibility to crosswinds, and the driving experience and aerodynamics are also improved.
Also new to this wheel is the PRA smooth-running hub with high-quality sealed bearings. The PRA ("Preload Reduction Assembly") regulates the preload force of the bearings.
The regulation is thus carried out by means of a threaded clamp. This allows the preload force to be adjusted without having to remove the wheel from the frame or fork.

The wheels performed well on the test site, they were agile and still showed stability.

The Vision Metron 40 from FSA was very popular in the test. The design is well thought out and perfectly tailored to the area of application. The bearings, which can be adjusted quickly and easily by "PRA", are also a clever solution and complete the positive picture.
