22 December 2014 by Andrew Waldera

Cycling: The German champions in the omnium are certain: Theo Reinhardt from the rad-net ROSE team won the men's race, while Anna Knauer from the Rabi Liv team won gold in the women's race. The day before, Cannondale drivers Michel Koch and Laura üßmilch (RSC Biberach) were able to secure the scratch titles.

With Theo Reinhardt's victory, the rad-net ROSE team once again presented itself extremely well on the cycle track in Frankfurt/Oder. His future teammate Michel Koch, who had already won the scratch title the day before, won silver. Nico Heßlich (Maloja Pushbiker) from Cottbus got bronze. Co-favorite Lucas Liss had to settle for fourth place. In the women's race, defending champion Mieke Kröger was unable to start due to a shoulder operation. Anna Knauer superiorly drove the victory in front of Gudrun Stock (Turbine Erfurt) and Lisa Küllmer (RSC Reinheim).
