Cycling: Radon Bikes continues to expand its involvement with team manager Joost Wichman. In addition to an Enduro and Downhill World Cup team, the Radon Factory National DH Team is now being formed.

Radon Bikes is stepping on the gas and has set up a new German downhill team in the past few weeks. The formation of the new team was announced just in time for the Dirt Masters Festival, which starts on Friday in the Bikepark Winterberg.
This consists of well-known German drivers and is led by DH veteran Andreas Sieber. Together with Tommy Herrmann and the youngster Jannik Abbou, he mainly takes part in the German IXS races and also counts on good chances at the Downhill DM in Todtnau.

Road manager will be the fastest Masters class rider, Fred Abbou. He motivates on site and ensures the best results.

For Radon chief developer Bodo Probst, close cooperation with the team riders is extremely important and helpful for future bike developments:
“Of course the results of the team are important, but for me the feedback from the riders on the new Radon Swoop is just as important - sometimes even more important. Since most of our customers are still from Germany at the moment and they ride the same routes as our National Radon Factory team riders, we want to optimally design our bikes for this purpose. To this end, we are working out different setups with the team in order to be able to guarantee the best performance.”

The team is supported by: MAGURA,iXS Sport Division, Thirty7even, Answer Components, E-thirteen and DT Swiss.
