Market: More grip and greater comfort, the demand for 25 mm wide tires for road bikes is increasing. In order to meet the demands of the modern racing bike generation, the Dutch tire manufacturer Vredestein is expanding the Fortezza Senso series with a 25 mm wide version.
The Fortezza Senso series was designed according to the Sensibilità philosophy, which should offer the driver maximum comfort and a first-class driving experience. The 25 mm tire is available in the two versions Fortezza Senso All Weather and Fortezza Senso Xtreme Weather. Intended for use in both dry and wet weather, the Fortezza Senso All Weather features the AWS compound. The XWS compound of the Fortezza Senso Xtreme Weather was developed for the toughest weather conditions and is designed to defy both wet and cold. Both mixtures were put together using Tricomp technology, and the tires have a high-density polyamide layer for puncture protection. The highlight of the All Weather tires is the folding tire in black/transparent. Inspired by the CX/Tubular range, Vredestein combines the looks of a tubular tire with the easy maintenance of a folding tire.
