Market: With the GVolt series specially created for the German market, CATEYE offers both ambitious hobby bikers and performance riders a wide range of lighting in different price ranges. The product range extends from the entry-level model with 20 lux to the power lamp with 80 lux.

CATEYE GVolt20 and GVolt20RC: Small and compact

Even with the entry-level models, ambitious cyclists and commuters should be able to enjoy high luminosity with large-area roadway illumination. The small and compact headlights are available in the versions GVolt20 and GVolt20RC. The CATEYE GVolt21,95, available for EUR 20, is powered by rechargeable or alkaline batteries. An integrated display informs the cyclist about the current battery level and thus a timely battery change. The CATEYE GVolt20RC, which costs 29,95 euros, allows charging via USB. The manufacturer specifies the light duration of the 20 lux entry-level lamps as ten hours, depending on the battery/rechargeable battery set and the light level set. Both lamps are also available as a set with rear light.

CATEYE GVolt25 and GVolt50: Super athletes with USB charging function

The GVolt25 and GVolt50 are in the middle price segment. With 25 lux and large-area edge illumination, the CATEYE GVolt25 should provide bright joy. The small and light front lamp offers cyclists two light levels and charging via USB. The GVolt34,95, which costs EUR 25, has a burn time of up to eight hours. The CATEYE GVolt50 can also be charged via USB. 50 lux light power, extremely easy handling and the compact design characterize this lamp. As a further feature, the GVolt50 has a mode memory function that allows the last used mode to be saved. The price is 49,95 euros, the lighting duration is up to 20 hours depending on the lighting level. Both lamps are also available as a set with rear light.

CATEYE GVolt80: Maximum power!

The flagship of the GVolt series is the GVolt80 with 80 lux and three light levels. The headlight should offer the performance driver extraordinary illumination in the distance as well as over the entire close range. The CATEYE GVolt80 should not only illuminate the immediate area in front of the wheel, but also the lateral area far beyond the road. Of course, this lamp can also be charged via USB and – like the GVolt50 – has the mode memory function. Depending on the light level, the light duration should be between two and 18 hours. The CATEYE GVolt80 is available at a price of 109,95 euros. A quick charging station and an additional battery are optionally available.
