Cycling: On 18./19. On June 2016st, 13.000, the Velothon Berlin experienced its ninth edition. Up to 10 cyclists are expected at the cycling event, which is one of the largest of its kind in Europe. As the organizer announced, the start of registration for the popular race for everyone is planned for December XNUMXth.
The attractive route through Berlin and the sophisticated racing concept mobilize thousands of cycling fans every year. In the coming year, the participants will again have a choice of two varied routes of 60 kilometers and 120 kilometers. The city tour leads past the most important and most beautiful sights of the city, the Straße des 17. Juni marks the finish line. On the 120-kilometer circuit, a passage also leads through the southern outskirts of Berlin. Both courses will be completely closed to public traffic during the race.
The entry fees for the Garmin Velothon Berlin 2016 race for everyone are 54,50 euros (60 kilometers) and 60,50 euros (120 kilometers).
