Specialized Turbo Levo
If the tester can't get the grin off his face, you know that the manufacturer has done a lot right. In this case Specialized with its Turbo Levo. The bike leaves no wish unfulfilled, especially on the downhill, thanks to its suspension and plus-size tyres. In addition, it scores with a successful integration of the motor into the down tube and a specially developed battery, software and control. However, the latter will only convince purists, because the Levo is not controlled via a handlebar display, but simply via smartphone. Negative: The charge status of the battery is practically invisible because it is attached to the side of the down tube. On the ascent, the biker has to put in a little more pedaling power, since the support is not so outstanding here.
