Market: Drössiger is giving its two trekking models RSA Pure and RSA Street a visual and technical update for the coming model year, which should make the already very popular models interesting for an even larger target group. From now on, the all-rounder RSA Street relies on Racktime Wingee mudguards with integrated luggage stays for panniers. Thanks to new decors, the stylish RSA Pure has an even cleaner look than before.
The German manufacturer Drössiger has not only made a very good name for itself in recent years because of its very broad portfolio from city to enduro, but customers also appreciate the many options for customizing their bikes. For the 2017 model year, one of the things that has been adopted is its two trekking models. The Drössiger RSA Street and the Drössiger RSA Pure are already known from previous years and remain the same in their core, but have been adapted to the respective target group through a few detailed changes.
Drössiger RSA Street: From 2017 with universal Racktime fenders
The big highlight of the RSA Street models 2017 are the new Racktime Wingee mudguards. The noble mudguards are used on all equipment variants and not only look extremely noble, but also offer practical added value. Thanks to the integrated luggage stays, a pannier with a maximum load capacity of up to 16 kg can be attached to one side. This should also make the RSA Street interesting for extensive weekend tours and also the all-weather capability of the trekking bike.
The customizability already mentioned is also reflected in the mudguards: the customer can freely choose from more than 20 different colors in glossy or matt and thus have even more influence on the overall look than before. The frame and decor color can of course be freely determined, as is already known. The RSA Street is available with either a trapezoidal frame for women or with a classic horizontal top tube. In the Comfort variants, a low-maintenance shifting hub is used instead of the derailleur.

Drössiger RSA Pure: Urban Bike will be even more stylish in 2017
The RSA Pure is also not a newcomer to the portfolio of the manufacturer from Eschweiler in North Rhine-Westphalia. The chic urban bike has been around since 2014 and the basic recipe has remained the same here too: the geometry between comfort and sport, a puristic, clean look and equipment optimized for rapid progress in the city also has the Pure in 2017. However, they are new the HRNT decors that match the overall picture of the urban bike - instead of the large Drössiger lettering, the focus is on understatement.
A lot has also happened in terms of equipment: The new RSA Pure 1 comes with SRAM Apex 1 gears, friends of hub gears will be happy with the RSA Pure Comfort, in which a Shimano Nexus shifting hub ensures the right gear ratio.
