News in brief: The American pay-TV broadcaster HBO (including Game of Thrones) will broadcast a doping mockumentary entitled Tour de Pharmacy on July 8th. The documentary-style comedy follows five fictional riders through the 1982 Tour de France and the focus is - surprise! – on doping. Featuring Orlando Bloom, Mike Tyson and, hold on, Lance Armstrong. While the first trailer is hilarious, isn't the comedy doing a disservice to cycling's reputation? We're undecided.
In the USA, the doping mockumentary Tour de Pharmacy will be broadcast on HBO on July 8th, but it is not yet certain whether and when we will also be able to see the film in this country. However, the cast gives hope for good entertainment, after all, in addition to Hollywood stars like Orlando Bloom, there are also former professional athletes like Mike Tyson. Even Lance Armstrong will play a role as an 'anonymous informant' – will the Texan not burn his fingers again with this material?
