Market / E-Performance: With more than 40 models, there was no reason at all to complain about a lack of e-bike selection at Victoria in the 2017 model year. Product news: Victoria E-Bikes 2017: Over 40 models for trekking, city and urban
Market: For over 130 years, the Victoria brand has been firmly associated with the bicycle theme. Despite all the awareness of tradition, current developments are not overslept and the focus is increasingly on the e-bike card. The Victoria e-bikes 2017 include a total of over 40 models - we have plowed through the range and give a small overview. Victoria electric bikes […]
Before the new e-bikes are presented to trade visitors and end users at the Eurobike in two weeks, Victoria has already provided some information about the changes for the 2018 model year. For example, the new Bosch drives will be used almost exclusively, which will be installed on nine out of ten Victoria e-bikes in 2018. Last year there were also numerous bikes with Impulse 2.0, with Shimano or TranzX motors. This step is justified in particular with the convincing performance of the new generation of engines from the Swabian manufacturer. Above all, the Active Line Plus drive is extremely attractive for the middle price segment.
Victoria E-Bikes 2018: eTrekking now with an integrated battery
The Victoria eTrekking series, which was already very popular last year, again offers plenty of choice in 2018: The bikes start in the attractively priced entry-level segment under €1.900, where there is then the new Active Line drive and pragmatic equipment. In addition to the two well-known frame shapes, the classic diamond frame and the stylish wave low step-through frame, the new “Deep” option is a particularly comfort-focused variant with an even lower step-through. The slightly more powerful Active Line Plus drive is available from a price of €2.199. In the premium segment from €2.700 there is also the new PowerTube 500 battery integrated into the frame and optionally the high-torque Performance CX motor.

Victoria E-Bikes 2018: eManufactory with four XXL models up to 170kg
There is also a lot going on with the noble eManufaktur models in 2018 - especially with the special variants with the XXL addition, which are approved for a system weight of up to 170kg. Next year there will be four different models from €2.799: There is the Active Line Plus motor and a 7-speed hub gear from Shimano. If you want to dig deeper into your pocket, you can get a performance drive for €3.199 or €3.299, optionally with a sporty XT derailleur or the comfort-oriented NuVinci hub. The extremely puncture-proof Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour tires ex works are also new for all variants.
Victoria E-Bikes 2018: Clean stealth look for the new eUrban Bikes
The Victoria eUrban series is not really new - after all, the name already existed before, but the two new models are completely new developments based on the eManufaktur frame. The screws are now being turned significantly more in the direction of lifestyle, optics and comfort: In a matt black stealth look, the bikes are very understated, the thick tires go very well with the bulky appearance and also ensure significantly more comfort even on bad bike paths. The Victoria eUrban 11.5 with Nexus 8-speed hub gear and Active Line Plus will cost €3.799, the top model eUrban 11.9 with NuVinci hub and Performance CX drive will be available for €3.999.
