Product news: In the motorcycle sector, a one-piece rain suit is part of the standard equipment for every motorcyclist. The advantage of the one-piece suit is undoubtedly a perfect protection against water and cold. So why not take advantage of this when riding a bike?! With the commutesuit road edition, the young Baden company dirtlej offers a new one-piece weather protection for urban cyclists.

As is well known, when cycling, the water flies around your ears from all sides: above, in front, below and behind. Rainwear consisting of several parts has a crucial weak point: the lack of connection between the individual pieces of clothing. Sometimes it's really amazing how water and cold take advantage of these vulnerabilities to make our life on the bike more difficult. This circumstance may still be somehow acceptable in the context of a small after-work round, but work-related commuting is put to the test here.
The new dirtlej commutesuit has been specially designed for everyday use. The one-piece suit is made of light and waterproof material with a water column of 20.000 mm and breathability is specified as 10.000 mvp. The taped seams counteract the ingress of moisture, as do the waterproof zips. With a loose cut, the commutesuit road edition should not only ensure sufficient freedom of movement, but also make it easier to put on and take off in connection with the practical zippers. An adjustable belt is attached on the inside so that the suit does not slip. If necessary, the two side two-way zips provide additional ventilation.

dirtlej thought of a hood that fits over the bike helmet and can be rolled up, as well as reflective 3M prints on the arms, legs and wrists. Thanks to the low weight of only 500 grams and the small pack size, the practical suit can be stowed away to save space and can therefore be taken anywhere. The commutesuit road edition suit is available in five sizes at a price of 192,00 euros. For mountain bikers, dirtlej also has a one-piece suit for bad weather with the dirtsuit.
