Team Lotto Kern-Haus: Impressions from the training camp

Team Lotto Kern-Haus Blog: We're back with a few nice pictures and impressions from our Mallorca training camp. Until Sunday we were on the cycling island and were able to work on our form and collect important kilometers.

In addition to cycling training, strengthening and stabilization exercises were also on the program. And mental work was also done to deal better with pressure situations. Of course, the bike training is in the foreground during such a training camp. Except on the rest day, here it is usually only easy for an hour to cycle to a coffee and back again.

After we were able to collect the first competition kilometers in Provence, it feels good to train again and lay the foundation for a long and strenuous season. Unfortunately, the weather made life difficult for us a few times towards the end, but a cyclist is not made of sugar. All in all we can go home with a good feeling before the next EuropeTour race at the GP Rhodes on March 4th. In the meantime, it's time to regenerate well and stay healthy.
