Product news: Mavic Deemax Pro Sam Hill Ltd: New MTB clothing collection for professionals

March 14, 2018 by Andrew Waldera

Market: With the Deemax impeller, the French brand Mavic created a real cult many years ago. Developed for tough races, the product impresses with its reliability and stability - characteristics that also help the professional downhiller Sam Hill to win. Mavic is now dedicating its own MTB clothing line to the exceptional Australian talent. The Mavic Deemax Pro Sam Hill Ltd collection was developed for ambitious enduro riders who also place the highest demands on their clothing.

Deemax Pro Glove

On demanding descents, the gloves must guarantee both the best possible grip and unrestricted mobility. This is exactly where the Deemax Pro Glove comes in: The preformed and tight-fitting glove is based on the typical hand position. For a pleasant climate, Mavic gave the Deemax Pro Glove laser-cut micro ventilation openings. Shocks and vibrations are dampened by the Ortholite padding. Of course, silicone trimmings on the fingers are just as important as Ergo-Tab cuffs and sweat trimmings. The price for the couple is 45,00 euros.

Deemax Pro LS Jersey Sam Hill Ltd

The Deemax Pro LS Jersey Sam Hill Ltd combines casual style with freedom of movement and comfort on descents and ascents. The construction designed for enduro sport prevents annoying flapping, and the light and breathable material ensures minimal weight. The Deemax Pro LS Jersey Sam Hill Ltd has side slits for extra freedom of movement. The casual jersey is available as a short-sleeved jersey for EUR 75,00, the long-sleeved version costs EUR 85,00.

Deemax Pro Short

The cool Deemax Pro shorts in baggy style with a low-slung fit go perfectly with the jersey. The body-hugging, preformed cut minimizes flapping and the risk of the trousers getting caught somewhere. The designers at Mavic have thought of the adjustable waistband as well as the generous features with zip pockets. The robust Trail-Tech-ST material has a high level of stretch and, according to the manufacturer, can withstand a rain shower. Of course, the Deemax Pro Short are compatible with knee protectors. The price is given as 120,00 euros.

Deemax Pro Under Short

The Deemax Pro Under Short is ideal for underneath. Equipped with a functional Ergo 2D SL seat pad, even long and strenuous rides should be comfortable. The Lycra upper should not only guarantee a soft wearing comfort, but also looks really cool. Then we'll be curious to see when the first bikers in underpants will rock the trails 😉 The choice of colors definitely makes the decision easy: The Deemax Pro Under Short is available in several crisp color variants for 60,00 euros each.

Deemax Pro High Socks

The series is completed with high-cut socks in an enduro look. Features of the Deemax Pro High Sock include the strategically placed padding and reinforcements in the foot area. The medium-weight material should give the rider an optimal compromise between comfort, protection and ventilation. Another special feature is the ergonomic cut for the left and right foot. The fast sock is available at a price of 15,00 euros. There are three color variants to choose from.
