Product news: Tissot T-Race Cycling Watches: Fine sports chronographs for cycling enthusiasts

April 23, 2018 by Andrew Waldera

Market: With the new “T-Race Cycling” model, the traditional Swiss watch brand Tissot is launching an elegant sports chronograph especially for cycling fans. Details borrowed from the bicycle sector are characteristic of the new watch. In addition to the colorful "T-Race Cycling" models, Tour de France and Vuelta special editions are also available.

For 2018, the traditional Swiss watch brand Tissot is expanding its range with a new sports chronograph for cycling enthusiasts. The "T-Race Cycling" models are as varied and colorful as cycling itself. There are seven color variants to choose from, which should really match any frame color, any team or any outfit. A look at the watch shows unmistakably that the wearer must be a real bicycle fan. Pointers in the form of a fork and pushers in the form of brake levers speak for this. The designers have also immortalized the image of gear rims on the case back. Also not immediately apparent to outsiders: the silicone bracelet has a chain embossing on the inside. The diameter of the sporty watch is 44,5 millimeters. The “T-Race Cycling” is available at a price of EUR 470,00 each.

Tissot: Exclusive special models for cycling fans

Die-hard fans of the Tour de France and the Vuelta will also get their money's worth with the "T-Race Cycling" watch. The yellow and red versions are dedicated to the cycling classics and feature a special engraved logo on the underside of the chronograph. Like the other "T-Race Cycling" models, the price for the special models is EUR 470,00 each. The new "Tissot Chrono XL Tour de France Special Edition 2018" with a black leather strap and yellow decorative stitching is also dedicated to the Tour. The stainless steel case with the Tour logo engraved on the bottom measures 45 millimeters in diameter. The price for the "Tissot Chrono XL Tour de France Special Edition 2018" is given by the manufacturer as 320,00 euros.
