Behind the spectacular look, which is a bit reminiscent of a motorcycle, is a complex double tube frame - a frame shape that is actually used on many motorcycles. In addition to a new fully, the 2019 product range also includes a hardtail and an urban bike.
The new TRB1 AM SE from BESV is aimed at riders looking for an e-bike for both trail and touring. The compact design with a double-tube frame promises high lateral rigidity and good battery protection. Thanks to this compact design, the TRB1 AM SE also impresses with agile handling, according to the manufacturer. Power is provided by a Brose Drive S mid-drive motor with up to 90 Newton meters of torque, and the system is powered by a 504 Wh Darfon battery. BESV estimates the weight of the TRB1 AM SE with a Suntour AION 35 RC DS 140mm suspension fork, Suntour DUAIR Rear Shock LO-R8 damper, Shimano MT400 disc brakes, and Shimano Deore SLX rear derailleur at 26 kilograms. The price is €3.999.00 euros.
Also new in the portfolio for the 2019 season is the hardtail TRB1 XC SE. This e-mountain bike also uses a double-tube frame and a Brose Drive S mid-motor with a 504 Wh battery. The TRB1 XC SE is completed by a Suntour XCM34-Boost RL DS 100mm suspension fork, a Shimano Deore GS 10S rear derailleur and Tektro HD-M275 disc brakes. For the E-MTB, which weighs 25 kilograms, the buyer has to pay EUR 3.299,00 on the counter. The TRB1 Urban Hardtail with equipment designed for daily errands is available for 3.499,00 euros.
