Product news: e:lectrified - The new e-bikes from Storck and a new sales channel

August 6, 2018 by the editorial office

The best bikes with the best drive systems - that is the claim and the mission statement of Storck from the tranquil Idstein in the middle of the Taunus. Years of experience in frame construction paired with high-quality and modern e-motor technologies from Germany are married in the new Storck e-bikes. According to Storck, the high-quality carbon frames should deliver outstanding driving characteristics, which are now combined with technologies from the leading drive specialists. The Storck product portfolio is supplemented by the new e-bike range and is intended to set new standards in terms of e-mobility. Innovative, fast and reliable. This is the credo of the e-road bikes and e-mountain bikes called e:rebel, e:drenalin and e:nario. Storck e:lectrified.

About the individual models:

e:rebel: E-MTB Hardtail - light, dynamic, powerful

120mm spring travel provide the necessary comfort.

Storck hardtails stand for low weight, high rigidity and sporty performance. Paired with a powerful and dynamic 36 V drive system from Continental, the e:rebel is a comfortable 27,5 inch carbon hardtail with which you can enjoy gaining vertical meters. With its 18 kg (without pedals) and the compact design, it should also be agile and manoeuvrable. The equipment is also impressive. High-quality Storck components, supplemented with Shimano's reliable XT groupset and rounded off with a FOX 34 suspension fork, which can also be Kashima coated depending on the model. You roll on DT-Swiss wheels, which are equipped with Schwalbe tires. The Storck e:rebel will be available in three different sizes and two different configurations from September. The cheaper version starts at 4499 euros

e:drenalin: E-MTB full suspension – unlimited riding fun

160mm Fox Float 36 and Shimano components.

The new Storck e:drenalin is intended for all those who like to prefer more difficult terrain. No climb is too steep and no descent too technical. The carbon fully with 140mm spring travel and 27,5 inch tires is accelerated by a 36 V drive system from Continental. The 250 watt motor is powered by a 636 Wh battery. As with the e:rebel, high-quality Storck components and the reliable Shimano XT groupset are installed. Thanks to the generously designed rear end, 2,8-inch wide tires from Schwalbe already find their place as standard. The chassis also comes from FOX, at the front there is a FOX Float 36 fork with 160mm travel and at the rear a FOX damper that releases 140mm. The Storck e:drenalin starts at 5699 euros and will be available in three sizes from September.

e:nario: e-racing bike - cutting-edge technology in terms of frame and drive

Perfect integration of the powerful Fazua drive.

The experience and innovation from the Fascenatio.3 and the Aernatio.2 combined with the Fazua Evation drive form an e-racing bike that is second to none, the e:nario. The Fazua drive disappears remarkably inconspicuously in the frame of the new Storck, only 12,5 kg light, Storck speedster. Equipped with all Storck frame innovations, Shimano's Ultegra group and DT Swiss wheels are also installed. The tires have enough space to turn the carbon e-road bike into an e-gravel bike with tires up to 47mm wide.

Frame: carbon
Motor: Fazua 36V 400W
Battery: Fazua 250Wh
Weight: 12,5 kg

Another innovation from Storck is the D2C (Direct to Customer) sales concept. Behind it hides your own under https://www.storck-bikes.com/ accessible online shop which, in addition to the Storck Store & Studio concept, is intended to provide another attractive platform for the end consumer. The entire Storck product portfolio should be available on the new platform with immediate effect. It starts with remarkably attractive prices, so the Fascenario.3 with Comp and Ultegra equipment as well as carbon seat post and carbon handlebars goes over the digital goods table for 2499 euros. The Storck core properties such as quality, design, light weight and innovative technical solutions are therefore available at a previously unknown price-performance ratio. The website www.storckworld.com will remain available nationally and internationally as the central information platform.
