Product news: As part of Europe's largest cycling event, the Roc d'Azur, the Merida Your Choice (YC) Edition is a special design for two of its top racing bikes. For 2019, the aim is to offer customers a unique design with the Merida Reacto and the Merida Scultura in the Your Choice Edition.
At Merida, YC stands for YOUR CHOICE, to emphasize that different riders have different priorities and therefore choose their road bikes according to different preferences. So even today there is still no perfect choice, some prefer aerodynamics, others light weight. Do racing bikes need disc brakes or are rim brakes still sufficient?
With the Merida Your Choice Special Edition bikes, the aim is not to answer these questions, but rather to give the customer the choice. On the one hand there is the super-light Merida Scultura with rim brakes or the aerodynamically optimized Merida Reacto with powerful disc brakes... it's your choice!
