Product news: Advent calendar #23: Driver Berlin E-Bike Set

Product news: The company FAHRER Berlin, founded in 2008, quickly made a name for itself in the field of urban cycling accessories and received a Eurobike Award in the year it was founded. But the idea for the innovative accessories came about back in 2004 with trouser straps made from recycled truck tarpaulins. With the e-bike boom, the range became more and more extensive from 2013.

With the driver Berlin complete set for transporting e-bikes on the car, you protect all electronic components from the effects of the weather and possible stone chips. In addition, there is the proven battery protection for rides with the e-bike in any weather.

The set consists of:

Driver Berlin: transport bag (e-bag)

The e-bag is a special transport bag for e-bike batteries, chargers, displays and other accessories. The bag is made of high-quality polyester fabric and has neoprene padding all around, which offers the best protection for the components to be transported. Thanks to the three separate compartments, the individual accessories can be stowed away clearly. Two batteries can also be stowed away.

Driver Berlin: Motor protection (Motor Cover)

The Motor Cover is a quality product designed to protect the e-bike motor during transport. When transporting the e-bike on the roof of a car or at the rear of a vehicle, the wheel is exposed to spray and swirling water, which can penetrate the motor through the housing. When the cover is put on, the motor receives a protective cover that reduces direct water impact.

Driver Berlin: battery protection

The battery cover protects the battery from stone chipping, cold and other weather conditions.

Driver Berlin: Protection for the contacts (Electric Cap)

The Electric Cap is made of elastic neoprene and is used to cover the connection contacts on the frame when the battery is removed. It protects against weather, freezing, dirt and damage and is suitable for all e-bikes with a frame battery.

Driver Berlin: Handlebar cover to protect the electronics on the handlebar

Handlebar cover to protect the e-bike cockpit when parking or during transport. The hood covers the entire handlebar and thus the recording of the display and the remote control.

Driver Berlin: Display sleeve to protect the removed display

The display sleeve is a small bag for the display and on-board computer. It adapts to all sizes and has a soft inner lining to protect the display against scratches and damage.
