Product news: The Austrian manufacturer Simplon is slowly but surely ringing in the 2019 cycling season with two new racing bike models. The Simplon Cairo will also be available as a disc version for the first time in spring and the race-proven Simplon Pride comes in a new colour.

Simplon Cairo Disc 2019

With the Simplon Kiaro Disc, the proven Kiaro concept has been further developed and now also equipped with disc brakes. Like the existing Kiaro, the new model also focuses on comfort with features such as the Comfort Concept or Raptor Dropout on the forks, without neglecting its racing genes. The clean look thanks to the internally routed cables in the Smart Headset ensures a tidy front view. The marathon race bike will be available from the end of April 2019.

  • Maximum Power Transfer - Special fins in the bottom bracket area ensure high torsional rigidity when accelerating

Simplon Pride 2019

In the future, the race bike will shine from many a winner's podium in a shiny Ferrari red. The Pride's unique cockpit concept integrates all features, offers the lowest possible air resistance and allows for a variety of ergonomic configurations. Frame and fork combine lightweight construction with aerodynamics and convince with a number of useful features - such as the "quick thru axle" for disc wheels. The Pride in red will be available from specialist retailers from mid-May.
