Ladies: Lea Sophie Friedrich misses a medal in the sprint
No three runs were needed in today's women's sprint semifinals and finals. Wai Sze Lee easily defeated Stephanie Morton in two runs in the final. Unfortunately, Germany's Lea Sophie Friedrich first lost her semifinal against Stephanie Morton, and then the bronze medal race against Mathilde Gros.
