Product news: Fidlock-Bike presents a newly designed homepage and its own web shop

July 26, 2019 by Andrew Waldera

Product news: The German company Fidlock develops and manufactures magneto-mechanical locking system solutions for a wide variety of industries. Among the manufacturers who trust the innovative solutions of the Hanoverians worldwide are Uvex, Lazer, Oakley and O'Neal. Fidlock-Bike is now presenting its own web shop for the first time in addition to the newly designed homepage.

The Hanover-based company Fidlock became known for its innovative magneto-mechanical locking solutions for the sports, outdoor and lifestyle sectors. With its own bike line, the manufacturer is explicitly dedicated to the requirements of the bicycle industry. For the aftermarket division, Fidlock-Bike is now starting its own web shop. As of this week, customers have been able to order all Fidlock Bike products directly.

With just a few clicks, the shopping cart can be filled with the desired products, after going to the checkout and paying, the delivery takes place directly to your home. Holger Knorr, Sales Manager at Fidlock-Bike, explains that the company would of course continue to fully support the specialist trade, but of course does not want to leave any potential customers out in the rain. The company's homepage was also redesigned in the course of this. Both the shop and the homepage can be accessed in German or English.

“Today, having your own shop is considered good manners, especially against the background of the service concept, for example in the event that someone wants to replace their bottle but cannot find a “bottle only” in the area. With the shop we are taking a big step forward in terms of customer satisfaction and service.” Holger Knorr, Sales Manager at Fidlock-Bike
