Cycling transfers: The transfer carousel continues to turn even during the World Cup. After winning the World Championships in Yorkshire, Antonio Tiberi and Quinn Simmons both signed their first professional contracts with Trek – Segafredo. In addition, another Swiss joins the Groupama – FDJ team.

All cycling fans are currently looking forward to the World Championships in Yorkshire. The team bosses from Trek – Segafredo have not been able to miss the spectacle so far. Because immediately after the world championship title of two participants, the US racing team let the ink dry under their contracts. The newly crowned U23 world champion in the time trial, Antonio Tiberi from Italy, joins Trek – Segafredo, as well as the new junior world champion in road racing, Quinn Simmons from the USA. While the former will not join the WorldTour until 2021, the latter will join the team for the coming season. He signed his first professional contract at the age of 18.
