HNF Nicolai has understood that not only the electric drive makes up an e-bike, but also that the frame, geometry and components are part of the optimal e-bike concept.

State-of-the-art drive technology from Bosch and Gates
HNF Nicolai relies on none other than the drive system recently presented Bosch Performance CX of the fourth generation. Depending on the model variant, the Performance Line CX (Pedelec / max. 25 km/h) or the Performance Line Speed (S-Pedelec / max. 45 km/h) are installed. The 625Wh strong Bosch PowerTube battery is neatly integrated into the down tube, but can still be removed quickly and easily.
With both the Nicolai UD3 and the Nicolai XD3, you are very individual when choosing the display. In addition to the proven Bosch Intuvia display, ambitious drivers can also use the new Bosch Kiox display. The advantage of the Bosch Kiox lies in the training recording via Bluetooth and the beautiful color display. However, if you want to fully control your e-bike with your smartphone, you can also order the Bosch Smartphone Hub as a motor control unit.
Stepless electric switching
The Gates carbon toothed belt promises absolute longevity. In contrast to the chain drive, this requires significantly less maintenance and does not pick up as much dirt. The shift mechanism is also 100% integrated into the rear wheel hub. This is also significantly less sensitive to external influences.
In addition to the Enviolo Automatic, HNF Nicolai also offers the bikes with the Rohloff E-14 hub gear, which is also electronic. With numerous other configuration options, both models can be adapted to individual customer requirements.
Comfortably through the urban jungle
Thanks to the 120mm RockShox Recon Gold and the Suntour Mobie 25 suspension fork, nothing stands in the way of a comfortable tour, even off the beaten track. But even in the city, especially on cobblestones, the 120mm reserve brings an additional plus in comfort.
Technical details and equipment
HNF-NICOLAI also offers a dual battery pack solution for the XD3, with which the range of the sporty bolide can be almost doubled. The HNF Nicolai XD3 is also available in a 45km/h S-Pedelec variant, e.g. B. available for commuters.
