International MTB Bundesliga 2020: Five appointments with DM in Freudenstadt

2 December 2019 by Andrew Waldera

MTB News: The racing calendar for the International MTB Bundesliga 2020 includes at least five dates. It is still unclear at the moment whether the series will be supplemented by another date at the end of August. However, it is already certain that the German championships on June 06th and 07th in Freudenstadt will be included in the ranking of the Bundesliga

2020 again: The Vulkan Race Gedern

The International MTB Bundesliga starts the 2020 season with at least five dates. The series will open at the end of March with a double event in Krumbach and Obergessertshausen. The short track competition in downtown Krumbach marks the start. The Bundesliga will make its second stop in Heubach. BiketheRock will be held for the 20th time on the edge of the eastern Swabian Jura next year, the 18th of which will be a Bundesliga event. Five weeks later, Gedern in Hesse is hosting the series. As in previous years, there will again be a national young talent selection run.

The German Championships in Freudenstadt

Freudenstadt has been part of the International MTB Bundesliga for three years, and in June 2020 the German Championships will also be held in Christophstal. The results are included in the ranking of the Bundesliga. The fourth race of the season takes place as part of the Singer Forest Cup in Titisee-Neustadt. Two World Cup races and the Marathon World Championships caused the usual date to be postponed from September to July. There may be another MTB Bundesliga date at the end of August, but this is not clear at the moment.
