MTB News: More than 800 bikers have already registered for the 18rd Salzkammergut Trophy taking place on July 23, and a total of more than 5.000 participants are expected. Anyone who would like to get a personal impression of the route before the event can do so during a route inspection on May 23rd and 24th.

The Fascination Salzkammergut Trophy is entering a new round. At the 23rd edition of the spectacle around Bad Goisern, the organizer expects more than 5.000 bikers from over 40 nations again this year. Over 800 bikers have already registered, a quarter of them with like-minded people in the Trophy team ranking or in the slow-motion ranking. The MTB marathon offers distances between a moderate 22 kilometers and a brutal 210 kilometers.



On May 23rd and 24th, the route can be viewed and driven on together with local guides – including the sections of the route that are otherwise only open on the day of the race. On Saturday, the F route will be driven from 11.00:09.30 a.m. and the last 85 kilometers of the A and B distances from 09.00:20 a.m. This tour also includes the entire C distance or the gravel route. On Sunday from XNUMX a.m. there are separate groups for routes A, D, E and G. The route inspection offer is not only for Trophy starters, but also for all other bikers who want to get a personal impression of the route . Participation is free of charge, registration must be made by May XNUMXth.

  • 09.30:85 a.m.: Inspection of the last XNUMX kilometers of A and B distances. This tour also includes the entire C route. A separate group is also planned for the gravel route.
  • 11.00:37,9 a.m.: Course inspection of course F (XNUMX km)

Sunday 24. May 2020



  • 09.00:37 a.m.: Inspection of course A-distance kilometer 130 to kilometer XNUMX
