E-Performance: On July 11th and 12th, an event especially for e-mountain bikers will take place in Altmühlfranken around the HeumödernTrails. The E-MTB Trail Rallye Treuchtlingen is aimed at all skill levels and is therefore also suitable for everyone. As part of the national E-MTB racing series of the BDR, a top-class starting field is expected.
Treuchtlingen in Altmühlfranken is not an unknown quantity in the mountain bike scene. International Enduro races have been successfully held on the outskirts of the Middle Franconian town for many years. In the middle of this year, another new era is to be heralded with the E-MTB Trail Rallye Treuchtlingen. The event, which is also part of the national E-MTB racing series of the BDR, is aimed exclusively at e-mountain bikers. E-Riders of all skill levels are welcome, from enthusiastic hobby riders to professionals.
The event area with start and finish is close to the outdoor base and Sport-Pension valley station Heumöderntal. According to the organizer, the HeumödernTrails shaper team gave free rein to their creativity when selecting and building the trails in order to develop a fair concept regardless of the choice of material. The participants can expect several sections (stages) with different requirements in the areas of downhill, uphill, trial and XC. The stages are both parts of the HeumödernTrails and sections created just for the event.
Registration for the E-MTB Trail Rallye Treuchtlingen has already been activated. The total contingent is currently limited to 150 starters, but could be increased in the event of excessive crowds. The entry fee is 79,00 euros, and the starter package includes, among other things, the joint athletes' barbecue on Saturday evening. Friends, acquaintances and spectators are of course welcome.
