In 2010, Team NetApp was created. Only two years later, the German second division team was allowed to take part in the Giro d'Italia. What it's like to prepare as a blatant outsider for one of the big three national tours, we get in the documentary Against all odds to see. Ralph Denk's team got better over the long term
After the 2012 season, the team gained another name sponsor and started under the name Team NetApp-Endura. Two years later, these two sponsors withdrew and the team was called Bora-Argon 18 from then on. Today, the Raublinger team is known as Bora - hansgrohe and is one of the best teams in the world. However, the way up was contested continuously and with a lot of patience. The team has been constantly improved - with regard to the squad, the employees, the organization and the management. The fact that Ralph Denk does not want a quick-fix procedure is also reflected in Against all odds quickly clear. There he says in his own words that it appeals to him much more and he thinks it is much better when a team works from the bottom up.
