Canyon Roadlite:ON Unboxing and Assembly: Ready to drive in a few minutes

July 6, 2020 by the editorial office

Bicycle workshop: Bicycles and e-bikes from mail order are now widespread. The bike comes home comfortably, but the buyer has to bring it into a ready-to-drive condition himself. Many buyers shy away from this - we took the Canyon Roadlite:ON as an example to see which assembly steps are necessary - from the closed box to the ready-to-ride bike.

As one of the oldest and largest direct mailers, the people from Canyon in Koblenz have many years of experience – on the one hand, how to pack a bike as efficiently and safely as possible and, on the other hand, how to make final assembly as easy as possible for the buyer. In the case of the Canyon Roadlite:ON Fazua e-bike, all the tools and assembly instructions that are easy to understand even for non-professionals are included in the box.

In the case of the Roadlite:ON, the handlebars and stem consist of one unit. Push on, set bearing play, tighten - done!
The circuit is already perfectly adjusted - no further adjustments are necessary here.

After removing the largely pre-assembled bike from its box, all you have to do is install the front wheel, attach and screw on the handlebars or stem and slide in the seat post. Then check all connections again for tightness and you can start.

Here we captured the entire process on video:
