MTB News: The Bike Festival MTB event trilogy is now completely cancelled. After Riva and Willingen, the emergency brake will also be pulled for Saalfelden Leogang due to Corona. According to the organizer, a festival of this magnitude, which thrives on the hustle and bustle on the exhibition grounds and the lively exchange of ideas in the international mountain bike scene, is not possible again in this form.

So that's it for the three Bike Festivals 2020. As in Riva and Willingen, the Bike Festival in Saalfelden Leogang will now also be suspended. "Right to the end we hoped to be able to hold the Bike Festival this year and give visitors the opportunity to test brand new bikes for 2021 on the varied routes in and around the Epic Bikepark Leogang. Unfortunately, after intensive tests and discussions with the partners, exhibitors and sponsors involved, we have come to the conclusion that festival operations, as the MTB scene has known from our events for many years, are not yet possible again at the present time is. The requirements for major events simply limit our classic festival concept too much," says event manager Monika Weber about the cancellation of the event. The third edition of the Bike Festival in Saalfelden Leogang is now scheduled to take place from September 24th to 26th, 2021.
