The fourth stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné is still ongoing - but there is already bad news. In the descent from the Col de la Plan Bois is Emmanuel Buchman (Bora – hansgrohe) fell about 30 kilometers after the start. The German crashed together with his teammate Gregor Muehlberger (Bora – hansgrohe) and Steven Kruijswijk (Jumbo - Visma). The Austrian and the Dutchman also had to give up the race. It is not yet clear how serious the injuries are. Wasn't even able to compete for the penultimate stage Egan Bernal (Ineo). The reigning winner of the Tour de France suffers from back pain.
