Product news: Under the motto "The right product for every requirement", the Swiss brand Motorex offers lubricants and care products for a wide variety of needs. With the BIKE LINE, the family company from Langenthal has transferred its many years of experience and competence from motorized two-wheeler sports to the world of bicycles. The products are now being sold by Paul Lange & Co.
The Swiss company, founded in 1917, has been producing lubricants under the Motorex brand name since 1947. The brand has specialized in the development of products for motor sports and has made a very good name for itself. Motorex has transferred many years of know-how from this area to the bicycle sector with the BIKE LINE. The lubricants and care products in the series are aimed at both occasional athletes and professionals, from racing cyclists to mountain bikers and e-bikers. According to its own statements, the company pays particular attention to environmental compatibility when developing new products. Cleaners and lubricants that come into direct contact with nature are biodegradable without losing their functionality. Another focus is on material compatibility: plastic and (anodised) aluminum as well as carbon and stainless steel should be able to be cleaned and maintained with the products without hesitation.
The multifaceted range is expanded to include a selection of special sprays and brake fluids. Fork and damper oils are also available. The latest generation of these oils was developed from scratch by Motorex in order to create a completely new type of damping behavior through a special molecular structure. With the 3D Response Technology, the tensile and impact forces are no longer derived in the accordion method (zigzag), but on a kind of grid structure with several levels. According to the manufacturer, the result is a maximum reduction in the coefficient of friction, an improvement in the breakaway torque and an optimal and very fast air separation behavior. The products of the Swiss brand are now being sold by Paul Lange & Co.
