But right now is the time to deal with the summer vacation. For passionate cyclists there is often nothing better than camping. And the popularity of individual holidays, especially on German campsites, is increasing.

Top 10 bike campsites: Camping Hopfensee
Camping Hopfensee, Fischerbichl 17, 87629 Fuessen im Allgäu
Füssen, the city of Ludwig II is famous above all for the magnificent castles. But Füssen can also be cozy and beautiful away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Because the Hopfensee invites you to relax with a picturesque panorama of the Allgäu Alps. But the range of leisure activities on and around the campsite is also impressive. It can be beautiful here not only in summer. Because even in the cold season, for winter campers, at an altitude of 800 m above sea level, a closed blanket of snow can make for a winter dream.
Top 10 bike campsites: Park Camping Lindau am See
Park Camping Lindau am See, Fraunhoferstr. 20, 88131 Lindau
As one of the largest lakes in Germany, Lake Constance is not only ideal for water sports. But with a picturesque Alpine panorama in the immediate vicinity, it also offers many other activities. Karl Brugger & Sohn GbR, Seestrasse 2, 82447 Spatzenhausen
In the middle of the Bavarian Prealps, the Riegsee is the lesser-known neighbor of the Staffelsee. So peace and idyll can return here without activity fading into the background. Camping Brugger offers direct access to the lake with boat rental and many leisure activities around. So you can also choose a leisurely bike tour in the valleys to the individual lakes. But mountain bikers also get their money's worth here.
