Until the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting restrictions, traveling was simply part of life for Jasper Jauch and Monica Gasbichler. But then the pandemic also forced the two bike pros to take a break. After the easing in mid-May, travel became possible again, but what are the after-effects of the whole story? "In the current situation, an online premiere and publication is the right way for us to share some inspiration, a spirit of adventure and distraction" - Jasper Jauch
Jasper and Monica make their way through Germany. It will be an inner and outer journey. A journey to the roots, to lightheartedness and the constant confrontation with the "new" normality. A journey from north to south, from the sea to the mountains - in short: from sea to sky. On their trip, the two visit five very different bike areas. The program includes Jasper's roots in Deister near Hanover, the Harz National Park and MSB-X-Trail, the spectacular underground visit to Saalfeld, Regensburg and the Samerberg Bike Park in Chiemgau.
The bike film “From Sea to Sky” will celebrate its online premiere tomorrow, Sunday, December 20th on Jasper Jauch’s YouTube channel at https://youtu.be/dT0cBb5yWIM
