Van Aert wins and celebrates the title
Wout van Aert won the last World Cup race of the season and secured overall victory. The Belgian triumphed in Overijse by 63 seconds over Mathieu van der Poel. The Dutchman suffered a flat tire and was thrown back a long way in terms of time. The third Tom Pidcock already crossed the finish line more than 2 minutes behind.
