Mountain jersey at the Tour de France
Even as a junior, Paul Voß was not only on the road, but also off-road. In 2005 he was in the junior class German champion in cyclocross. After that he dedicated himself more and more to road cycling. Among other things, he drove for the Milram and Bora – Argon18 teams. In the jersey of the latter team, he finally achieved his greatest success. In 2016 he conquered the first stage of the Tour de France the mountain jersey. After the Tour of France he triumphed wheel on the ring. Despite these successes, he did not receive a new contract for the coming season. So he ended his active career Paul Voß and founded his own junior team. He then worked as a sports director for Team Wiggins and for the LKT Team Brandenburg.
Podcast tip: take a seat in the broom wagon
Many stories from his time told Paul Voss in the podcast since 2018 "broom wagon", which he shared with an ex-colleague Andrew Stauff and Bastian Marks operates. Because they also occasionally invite active professionals to the podcast - such as Liane Lippert, Rick Zabel or John Degenkolb - current events in professional cycling are not neglected. Maybe they're lucky and one day Marcus Burghardt will even take a seat in the broom wagon.

In 2021 I will make a (kind of) comeback and start a new chapter as a Gravel Pro.
I'm looking forward to great adventures with my partners and enjoying the cycling world once again from a different perspective.
