Road EM: Lippert wins silver, Riedmann juniors gold

Cycling: The Federation of German Cyclists continues to present itself from its best side at the European Road Championships in Trento. After Linda Riedmann won gold in the junior women's road race yesterday, Liane Lippert can celebrate silver today in the women's race.

Lippert only beaten by Van Dijk

After silver in the time trial has ellen van dijk now secured gold in road racing. The Dutchwoman surprised many fans and experts with this, as she was not considered the number one trump card in the strong Dutch team. U23: Stigger and Koch only just miss out on a medal
